Free communication courses for children – The “Seeds of Good” Project
The Garden of Science Association is launching, within the “Seeds of Good” project, two free courses dedicated to students in grades 6–7, held in the town of Livada.
Through these educational activities, we aim to support children in developing communication, reading, writing, and oral expression skills, using modern and interactive methods tailored to their needs.

- Communication in English
Objectives
The courses are designed to:
- improve the ability for correct and coherent expression
- develop critical thinking and argumentation
- increase children’s confidence in oral and written communication
- support the understanding and application of knowledge from the school curriculum
Activities and topics addressed
Within the courses, children will participate in:
- debates on diverse topics that stimulate communication and critical thinking
- clarifying basic concepts of Romanian and English language and literature from the school curriculum
- exercises for drafting narrative, descriptive, and argumentative texts
- interactive activities to improve pronunciation, fluency, and vocabulary in English
- guided readings and discussions aimed at developing the pleasure of reading and the ability to understand texts
Schedule and location
The courses take place weekly, every Friday, according to the following schedule:
- 15:00 – 16:00: Communication in Romanian
- 16:00 – 17:00: Communication in English
